With our CNC press brake from the Dutch manufacturer LVD, we process workpieces up to a length of 3 meters. Thanks to laser measurement and LVD’s “Easy-Form” technology, we guarantee maximum angular accuracy during the bending process. Our employees program the press brake directly using the STEP files provided by the customer, utilizing the CADMAN-B software. This software allows us to simulate the bending sequence and detect potential collisions at an early stage.
The CADMAN-B software then creates the 2D flat pattern based on the selected tools and transfers it directly to our laser cutting program. This ensures that the bent parts always have the correct dimensions – even with multiple bends. Additionally, the customer saves time and effort, as we only need the STEP file to generate the flat pattern for laser cutting.
